Non-Medical Group Home
This is a 24-hour day service that provides a safe and healthy living environment that meets the physical needs of an individual with Developmental Disabilities.
Group Homes

Members Will Have 

Personal sleeping accommodations.

Provision of all daily nutrition and three (3) healthy meals and snacks as appropriate.

Provision of household supplies.

Physical and private accommodations for clients to perform daily personal hygiene.

Medical Group Home
This is a residential service that meets the needs of clients that require continuous nursing intervention and/or nursing oversight. Nursing support is scheduled in this group home on a 24/7 basis.

In Home Care

This service provides necessary support in order for the member to remain in his/her own home and/or participate in work or community activities. The goals of the service include assisting the person to have a safe and clean home, stay healthy and clean and have good meals. This support may occur in the person’s home or in the community. Based on the person’s specific needs, as identified through the individual support plan process, some of the tasks related to attendant care may include:

  • Bathing & Hair Washing
  • Eating and meal preparation
  • Tooth Brushing
  • Transferring to or from a wheelchair
  • Using the toilet                           
  • Planning and shopping for meals              
  • Dressing 
  • Participating in community activities

A service that provides short-term care and supervision consistent with the health needs of the member to provide a safe living environment and/or to support or relieve caregivers. Based on the person’s specific needs, as identified through the individual support plan process, some of the tasks related to respite care may include:

  • Providing for the social, emotional, and physical needs of the person
  • Ensuring medication is taken as prescribed
  • Providing appropriate first aid or attention to an illness or injury
  • Following the person’s Individual Support Plan
Services are designed to assist members in getting, retaining & improving the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community-based settings. Habilitation includes a variety of methods such as: special development skills, behavior intervention, sensory and motor development skills, which are all designed to maximize the functioning of persons with developmental disabilities.
Adult Developmental Homes
An Adult Developmental Home provides support to an adult, ages 18 and older with developmental disabilities who cannot live with his or her own family. These adults are placed by the Arizona Department of Economic Security’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). These developmental disabilities include: Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Epilepsy. An Adult Developmental Home may provide support for up to three adults that have a developmental disability.

 The need for quality care for adults and children with Developmental Disabilities is rising in Arizona. It is our goal to find supportive, loving homes for those adults and children.

 

Child Developmental Homes
Child Developmental Home provides parenting to a child ages 0 to 17 years old with developmental disabilities who cannot live with his or her own family. These children are placed by the Arizona Department of Economic Security’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Children placed by DDD can be temporary or long term. The case plan for many of these children is reunification with their biological family or adoption. These developmental disabilities include: Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and Epilepsy. A Child Developmental Home may provide support for up to three children that have a developmental disability.
