Positions

As a manager you will oversee all staff and member care at one of our beloved group homes.
If you are a hardworking, motivated, individual, you should apply to work at one of our four group homes located throughout Maricopa County.
If you have the passion to help people, you should apply to work with one of our valued members in a 1:1 setting at the members’ place of residence.
Come work at our 6-bedroom Residential Medical Group Home in Chandler, Arizona providing care to members with developmental, physical and/or intellectual disabilities.

Position Responsibilities

Providing support to clients in all aspects of life.


Life-skills training by supervising and interacting with clients to meet their social, life skills, and habitation goals.


Transportation of clients in approved vehicles to and from appointments, day programs, etc.


Maintaining a safe, clean, and inspection compliant house per DDD standards.


Meal prep and cooking for client according to the menu.


Ensure clients are aware and understand house rules.


Other duties as assigned by upper management.

 Required Certfications

DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions


Article 9 Certification


Prevention and Support Certification (Group Home Requirement Only)


First Aid/CPR Certification or BLS if an LPN


Valid driver license or ability to obtain one prior to the date of hire

Lintoc Care, LLC offers a comprehensive benefit program for you and your family.

We have three different comprehensive medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona.
PPO Dental Plan - This plan has a larger selection of dentists and traditional dental coverage. It also has an out of network benefit if your dentist is not contracted.
Copay Dental Plan - Find a dentist and pay a copay for every service covered. No max, no referrals needed.
We offer a great vision plan that covers eye exam, glasses, OR contacts every 12 months for each person enrolled.
We offer a great TeleDoc Service that can be utilized by the whole household to with a $0 COPAY for minor services. Dermatology and Behavior Health 24/7, 365 days a year.
We have a 401K retirement plan. Below are the rules of eligibility.
  1. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  2. Must have worked with the company for 90 days. In which the 1st of the following month for that payroll, would be the first contribution to the plan (deducted from payroll).
  3. Employment status classified either Part Time or Full Time are eligible. 1099 Contractors are not eligible to participate in the plan.
All full-time employees are given 20 hours of vacation time after 6 months. Then every 6 months 20 hours is added until you have a total of 80 hours.
All employees are given 40 hours of sick time at 90 days. Sick time does not carry over, but 40 hours are allocated every new year.
We pay time and a half for Thanksgivings Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, and Fourth of July.
